Fill your paper with the breathings of your heart. William Wordsworth
Journaling can be an incredible means to catalog our thoughts and provide a better understanding of ourselves. When we process our experiences through writing, we’re able to cleanse our mental palate and see our emotions, circumstances, and desires with complete coherence.
Unless we journal on a consistent basis though, it can be difficult to know where to begin. If this is the case, perhaps you might first consider what areas of your life you want to explore or grow most in. Whether it be your faith, your finances, your relationships, or your career, there are endless topics you can write about.
Take a look below for a list of 25 prompts to inspire self-reflection and creative growth.

But wait, there's more...
Thanks for these. I’d add a daily reflection on dreams from the night before.
Thanks Amy! I loved reading through these. I have always loved to journal. I especially loved the question about ‘what would your childhood self love about your current self.’ Whenever I feel myself getting angry or discouraged with myself I try to think about how I would speak to a younger version of myself and the ideas always come out so much more encouraging rather than demeaning.
Love these! Thanks for sharing.
