Founder's Note
After years of coaching women through personal and professional terrains, our founder, Charlena Ortiz, couldn’t ignore the patterns she began to see.
Women building out of fear, being aligned with false identities, feeling disqualified and alone, and being held back by anxiety.
This realization weighed heavy on her, and she knew something needed to change.
After a God-moment, she developed an unshakable conviction. So, she began to discern and strategically lay the foundation with practical and proven methods to truly catapult you forward. To help you become your best self from the inside out. To experience real transformation.

Roberto started his design and entrepreneurial journey as a teenager. He then quickly jumped into the big leagues and has worked for companies such as Lockheed Martin, Google, and Yahoo!. Roberto is now the CEO of Welcome, a virtual events platform.
When given the opportunity, you can find him speaking and writing on the topics of design, diversity, and business.
