I love my journal! As a writer, I pay attention to texture and paper quality. Well, so did they. I really like the index, so I can quickly find what I wrote. The quotes and scriptures at the bottom of page are always inspiring.

A a lifelong journaling person, this one has particularly blessed me during this season of life. From a design standpoint, I love the size, line-spacing and index (which I’m too disorganized to actually use but nevertheless have such a great appreciation for. What thoughtfulness to add that element.) The quotes and Scripture were what really set this journal apart, and God so often used the pages to continue to encourage and spur me on. In the way, that He does in His Sovereignty and as God is encouraging me to be bold and trust His love, the words selected on these pages were so inspired and inspiring that I know He placed your product in my hands “for such a time as this.” I do not say this lightly when I say this is the best journal I have ever owned. You have created a great product with such care and love!

That is why my favorite feature of Grit and Virtue’s beautiful new journal is the front index. I can now record my topic or scripture with the page number, never to be lost again!

I've been on the hunt for the perfect notebook ever since I became a Christian in college, and my search is finally over. The Grit & Virtue notebook is the absolute best journal I've ever had. Every time I open to a new page, I'm inspired by a a perfectly timed bible verse and a hand-picked quote on the bottom of the pages. The lines are spaced well for my writing size, and the cover is durable while also attractive. My love language is words of affirmation, and so the "Well Done" scroll on the front of the notebook while subtle, also makes such a difference in how I approach my quiet time every morning. When I start from the place of "well done", I don't have to strive to prove anything, but can sit back and listen to what God has to say to me that day with an open mind. God has even used the manifesto in the front cover of the journal in an incredible way. I coach high school volleyball, and while I was praying about what to share at our devotional that week, the Grit & Virtue notebook opened right to the first page and I knew that God wanted me to share G&V's manifesto with my volleyball girls. It speaks about spiritual confidence, seeking truth, and loving who God has made us to be. What could be better for high school girls to hear? I was so appreciative for the words that G&V gave me to share with the girls about finding their identity in Christ, and I know that God gave me this journal for a reason. As I near the end of my first Grit & Virtue journal, I can't wait for the next version!
